Are you talking about a bounty signatures? It's for experienced profiles only, you can't follow the signature, just go on with chatting and soon the things might change.

You need to have a higher rank !

- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 50 characters.
- Jr. Member: Links allowed. Max 150 characters.
- Member: Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

All the main ranks that can be handed out to normal users are: Brand New, Newbie, Jr. Member, Member, Full Member, Sr. Member, Hero Member and Legendary.
In addition to the main rankings, there are also sub-rankings that can be applied, and those are: Donator, and VIP.
Finally, staff sub-rankings are as follows: Staff, Moderator, Global Moderator, Administrator, and Founder.


The way activity is calculated:

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every hour.

I think what you need is patience and more researching. We newbies can't do signature campaigns. Signature campaigns dont allow newbies to participate.

Post and activity is different. Activity points are earned by posting everyday, no matter how many you have posted on a day, it still considered as 1 activity point. You can learn more about activity points here. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=237597.0

You don’t need to post every day.

time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

So as long as you make 14 posts during each two week period, you’re good.

Sorry to say that newbie cant enter or join in signature campaigns,  wait for your account to turned in to jr member cause thats the minimum rank for you to be able to join in signature campaigns.
