H.G Well's The Open Conspiracy is basically a model for the best government possible by humans. There's also what the Bavarian Illuminati tried to create. There's a whole bunch of awesome governmental structures that have yet to be attempted.

A government where the laws that are passed would apply to the people passing them. In other words, when a law gets passed, it applies to everyone in government as well as the peons.

Small, trust-worthy, actually for the people, respects the Constitution, transparent, taxes used only used for things that helps everyone (infrastructure, military, etc. I don't want to be giving my money to some lazy slob on welfare having a kid every week). That's about all I can think of.

Basically, the government was created to help the community to progress.

As what Aristotle said "Man by nature is a political animal"

We all acknowledge the need for societies to prevent murder, rape, theft, fraud, pollution, etc. but should society also prevent people from harming themselves through things like drugs, prostitution, recreational sex, unhealthy food, smoking, wacky religious beliefs, being uneducated, etc. A government is an agency of the state that does its mandate as provided for in its constitution. The constitution of a state being the general will of the people, it is enforce through its laws for the benefit of its members.

Government includes different people that are willing to serve and willing to help their country to increase the economy. They are also the one who established different kinds of laws that can help the country to maintain peacefulness. They are also the one who helps people to have a better future by giving jobs that can help them to have a better living. And a government officials should be intelligent and responsible to their country because they are the one who stands as the leader of a country.

If you believe any of these things are true in practice; either you are too young to know better or your livelihood depends on your self-delusion.  No government functions in the matter portrayed by government schools.

"The powers of financial capitalism had another far-reaching aim, nothing less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy of the world as a whole. This system was to be controlled in a feudalist fashion by the central banks of the world acting in concert, by secret agreements arrived at in frequent meetings and conferences. The apex of the systems was to be the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland, a private bank owned and controlled by the world's central banks which were themselves private corporations. Each central bank...sought to dominate its government by its ability to control Treasury loans, to manipulate foreign exchanges, to influence the level of economic activity in the country, and to influence cooperative politicians by subsequent economic rewards in the business world."

- Carroll Quigley, CFR member, mentor to Bill Clinton, from 'Tragedy And Hope'
