Usually when either I am really bored or I have no money left, I of course don't put all of my money into it, I just put a limit for myself and deposit that amount (usually 50 dollars) and I gamble accordingly, sometimes even though rarely I stop because I have to sleep but that doesn't happen that frequently because I do not gamble at night when I have to sleep, it takes away the whole purpose of gambling, I gamble for fun not to make money and if I am sleep I won't be capable of focusing on the fun part of gambling and just click buttons with half dead brain.
I might as well use the "auto bet" option after that. So most of the time its either I got bored or I spent my daily limit.

Putting that limit is always the way to go if anyone still wants to gamble anyway after knowing they are bound to lose. As long as you are self-principled and cautious of your reaction towards gambling, you will always end up in that section where you end up losing yourself totally to it.

I don't think that you need to wait for your money or capital to deplete since you need to be responsible to your every gambling activities. I used to have trouble stopping and lost about 2.2 bitcoin (when bitcoin was around 100-150 dollars) because I couldn't stop and chase the loss. But, that gave me a lesson, I felt horrible for a long time and did not gambled but I felt like gambling was a monster I created that I could only beat myself and I told myself that I can gamble and stop whenever I want and have fun without worrying about if I win or not.

They never knew when to stop playing right from the onset which was what led most people to the addiction in the first place. Not all of the time, gamblers will be like this. I know gamblers that are addicted to it but don't really do gambling like this. Even if they are addicts to gambling, they know their limitations when to gamble but if they gamble, they really end up losing all of their money, unless they won. They are not all like that, just some of them are like that.

I hope that would be as easy as you have said it, considering that in such occasions, it would be a lot hard to want to control those impulses after beginning to see some streaks of losses and even if you change strategy in gambling, it still does not guarantee that you will end up getting anything substantial from that anyway as that could still end up being the outcome. Well  its a good idea to check the balance you have but do you think that in all situations  you can be able to do it? I dont think  so, because what if you have a big amount in your passbook or atm or anything you have, is it good to check it? Dont you think that it will just  give you the idea on how you will spent it and just keep an amount to be your savings?

I think limitations  are made to help you to stop on something  especially  when you feel that it doesn't  help you anymore. Borrowing money from someone else just to fill our gambling habits means we cannot control ourselves which is a bad practice that will lead us to immediate addiction. A good sign to know when to stop is when we feel that our emotions are controlling our game rather than our common sense.
