Yes we had some issues after moving to new server. Most of them is solved now.
Payouts (bug affecting all SC pools) is very hard to pin point. Today I managed to gather some "good" logs, send them to RealSolid. Meanwhile we are performing payouts manually every 4-5 hours.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Today I had a BTC balance of 3.19.  I just got a payout of 1.68 and now my balance is zero.  Was the balance of 3.19 wrong or the payout wrong?  Undecided

Any reason why the "Current round rewards" for BTC isn't moving ?  I've put in plenty of shares this round to get some kind of reward Wink

Wondering if you'll include stats for shares submitted in current round and all-time...would be helpful !

As I wrote in one of previous posts I had to disable frequent calculations of current round reward. We are now on the new server. There are no performance issues but I forgot to enable those calculations.
That is the reason of both issues you are writing about. Current round reward just hasn't been calculated for 10 days.
I scheduled it now.

Great, I knew that they were disabled on the previous server...just figured it would've been common sense to re-enabled them on the new server, since all the other stats were populating now too.

Thanks for the fast response.

Yes, there was a tiny instruction:  if @coinType = 'BTC'  goto
Easy to forget about it Smiley

It seems the blocks found on the 8th are showing confirmed on the stats page, but the rewards aren't being moved to the confirmed column to be paid out.
Might be having a similar issue as before not being calculated yet?

Can the admin take a look and see if things are working as it should?

Edit: Admin. looks like the payment just came in and I simply spoke too soon. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't the same problem above repeating.

I've had a confirmed btc balance of several btc that hasn't gotten paid out.  My last payout was on 11/9.  Is an issue with payouts or just my account?

Your send threshold value must be > 0.5. All values between 0 and 0.5 mean no automatic payout.

Ok, that makes sense.

Perhaps there should be a message if you try to set it less than 0.5 that autopayout will stop?

I vouched for this way back when, since the website is still somewhat confusing on that part.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=26727.msg565318#msg565318 and a few posts above it.  Looks like he still hasn't gotten around to changing it to 0.1 minimum, nor placing a message when you don't do it "right".

Yeah, I remember your post about that.  The minimum really should be 0.1 and there should be some notice as to why you're not getting your payouts.  Instant pay would be nice too, but isn't that critical.

On "My account" page enter SC payout address and set SC shreshold to value > 0.5.
It is described in section Payments on Help page.

This is the 3rd time you've had to explain the 0.5 threshold and direct someone to a completely different page than the one they are viewing.

Maybe it's time for some change...
