Well as far as I know the market, in the month of December, it increases to the highest levels of the year and this is why everyone is holding it tight with the hopes of making sufficient money by the end of the year. I agree with you, I already use litecoin as my other investment besides of bitcoin because I believe that litecoin can increase too like another coin. but now, my focus is still on bitcoin and ethereum and I think this two coin will rise in the short time. ripple can also a good choice to buy because I think ripple can get increase again in this year like the last year. so I think you need to decide by your own so you don't just listen with others suggestion to you and the best is if you can analyze the coins before you buy.

Moving forward 6 months after the OP has opened this thread, it looks like its not the right decision to buy because the price plummeted. LOL. But we really don't know what the future brings and we all know how volatile it is. What we really don't anticipate is the way this bear market really started in January and up to now we the sentiments haven't changed. I guess, everyone has already learn our lessons here, that we really need to look at bitcoin or cypto investment in the long term. We may have enjoyed a break out last year, but it doesn't mean we can duplicate it this 2018. Just used our common sense and our due diligence. So let's hope for the best and expect something spectacular will happen at the end of the year.

On a contrary ripple has been in good position now and being a banking cryptocoin i believe that sooner this coin will be the transaction currency of every bank since they know that having crypto community now they are in the middle of nothing if they don't adapt this electronic currency.
