Yes, Bounty and Airdrops programs are one of the ways you can get tokens/coins for free.
I suggest you choose to follow Bonty because Airdrops are a lot of a scam.
Although Bounty there is a scam the chances are smaller.
Bounty there are various campaign options.
For example Signature, Social media, Article, telegram, video.
For signatures usually bigger allocation of funds, then I suggest you follow the signature campaign.
You can directly register at Bounty website, then you can put the signature in your bitcointalk account then you post in accordance with the rules of Bounty provider.

So far I have not been following Airdrop. Because I prefer my time, I use to join bounty program. If the workings of bounty are so easy, we just follow the rules that have been set by the project we want to follow. All the rules are very clear and we just run it well until the ICO is over.

you better focus on the project campaign, because their project is very convincing for payment. try to read first artike or project them. usually their project is good and some bad. later it's all affected with your payment

For bounty campaigns you can join them on this forum and there are various bounties like signature,twitter,facebook in which you have to do particular task for various days till the ICO runs and you get tokens according to your rank and work done.On the other side in airdrops you have to just fill a form and you receive free tokens from upcoming ICO as promotion and you don't have to do any work but the amount is very little.

Honestly speaking is very hard to choose between this two...  Both of it for me is better and great...  If you will given me chance to choose I will choose bounty campaign...  But as what I said before this two is quite good source of profit.... But I choose participating in bounty campaign...  Because if your about which is a better source of income and there a lot of person told it to you... In terms of conviniency, it's very easy with airdrops, just fill up the required form and submit. But in the case of bounty, you have put in a lot of work because it's  not a day job.

I'm not trying to be harsh on you because you are a new member but you do not really need a tutorial or an explanation to join bounties and airdrops, you just need to get acquainted with the forum and with the way things work in here and very soon you will be able to join a bounty campaign if that is what you want, but do not force yourself take your time, it is not like the bounties are going to end, there is always a new bounty coming every day.

Takenote it defends to the bounties and aridrops that you joined if the project are good for sure you will get high rewaed and you will get more money.  Bounties is one of the best way to get tokens but sometimes is worthless because the token that you get has no value .

You can try to get in touch to the particular groups here besides alternative bounties. By joining or following the particular group or manager can have you a confidence to participate in the campaign that you like.

To distinguish between bounty and airdrop, merely airdrop it to get Token Free very quickly, anyone can do. But with bounty you have to have Social accounts, accounts on bitcointalk to be able to participate in social campaigns, signature campaigns, content campaigns, etc., getting token from the bounty will be much harder than airdrop and only save. Give people time to focus on it. So if you want to make big profits, join the bounty instead of airdrop.

Yeah they this is true...  Bounty and airdrops are good source of profit...  If you can work here both... That's good.... Participating in bounty campaign will not only help you to earn but also it could help you to learn a lots...

I think it is quite difficult to find the tutorial in detail, you need to develop yourself from what you read so far about Airdrops and Bounty.
If you want to learn more deeply, come directly to someone who has done airdrops and Bounty then you will feel very clear.
Since I have not yet found the tutorial I was looking for in search engines, I developed what I read and developed my science and practiced directly on Bounty.
