it was predicted that bitcoin prices would fall in the last week of 2017 and rise in the first week of 2018 but none of that has happent rather the price has beet pretty stable around 13500 usd.
what are your opinion on this,is it the time to trade or hold because i dont have enough funds to buy or invest more.
$ 13k5 is a big number and you should sell it to invest in some other potential coin. Do not just invest in bitcoin, your profits will not be as much as investing in many different altcoins.
I think you should sell bitcoind to buy NEO. When you hold a NEO for a long time, you will earn a quarterly profit paid by the ONT.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Usually, when Bitcoin's price is not rising up nor falling down, the altcoins will be performing good. This is a very temporary stability though in Bitcoin's price. You may choose to trade with altcoins during such time. But you need to be very observant also of the Bitcoin market because it would suddenly move up or down. You would either lost some opportunity in the process.
For me just go with the flow and play for it what could be some of the best that you kust gonna do for even the price are not moving as of now you as a trader know what you must gonna do on it.

The downward trend continued until mid of April 2018, as BTC saw its "all time low" for 2018 in April. Now all of a sudden price has again plunged back to 9000 USD in a very short span of time. Buy in Dips and sell when the market goes up for short gains and just HODL for long term gains, which are very soon to be seen.
