2018 is the altcoins year?

Altcoins are performing very poorly this day and I think 2018 many coins come into the market and are not doing very good now.  Trading altcoins for fiat is very difficult and that makes them not be able to work independently.

I can give 2018 many names including these ones - stagnation period, bloodbath, market depression. However, I will never call it the year of altcoins as soon as most tokens lost a lot.

Yes, 2018 is altcoins year, I guess that most of altcoins are worthy , but you have to make analysis about most of them.
Buying altcoins without analysis is weird activity.

2018 turned to be the year of the great market fall. When Bitcoin started going down, the tokens followed it. Unfortunately, many altcoins lost up to 80%-90% of their 2017 winter price.

hello everyone, in december of past year the bitcoin had your historical fall and some people's sayed which the reason was a "tree shaking," others said that increasing fees and delayed transactions made users migrate to other alternatives using others cryptos. Actually some cryptos like Ripple, Stellar, Litecoin and others experienced a good appreciation in this period. No! That is a big no for me. If this year will be the altcoins year, then I will be a millionaire right now. A lot of ICO I have joined recent months but they do not contribute to my portfolio when they hit on exchange. Most of them are scam projects and have failed products. Top altcoins going down also like eyhereum, ripple and litecoin. From peak down to bottom when quarter 4 goes on.

This isn't the best altcoin for this year and I don't think that there's one for this year. Every cryptocurrency is at fall so I think there's no coin that can be called as the best coin for this year. Time flies so fast, this thread is just asking of it before and now we have an answer.
