Dear investors and participants of Crassula Capital crowdsale!

ZONTO OU  is  Crassula Capital’s technical partner  - we are responsible for Smart contracts, investor's personal cabinet and  ICO’s technical infrastructure.
According the roadmap, all the necessary preparatory procedures shall be completed before January 12th, 2018, and on January 18th, crowdsale’s start was planned.

However, due to objective reasons (the implementation of additional technical developments aimed at improving the safety of our technical solutions), we are forced to ask the team of Crassula Capital to postpone the ICO start date to 23.01.2017.

The necessary improvements include containerization of the deployed infrastructure, advanced security settings, encryption protocols, procedures for automatically checking databases for cryptocurrency addresses assigned to users, and Anti-DDoS solutions.
ZONTO would like to offer a sincere apology to Crassula Capital team, to participants of the bounty program and to investors for the forced delay of the ICO launch.

We are grateful to the community for their interest in Crassula Capital investment project and invite you to participate in the upcoming ICO on January 23d, 2018 . We can assure that the professionalism of the Crassula Capital team will justify your wildest expectations regarding the profitability of the invested funds.

Balanced investment strategy, vast practical experience of working with different types of assets, openness and publicity of the founders are a guarantee of the long-term successful path for the partners of Crassula Capital.

Sincerely, Zonto Team.

So the ICO starts at the 23d then? It’s better to provide with an access for everyone. I know several projects that started campaign with not working personal cabinet, wallet that forces to wait for several days of transactions delivery.

It’s definitely better to postpone the launch date and fix everything. Good staff!

I totally agree that platform should work for at least 80%, which necessary includes stability and main technical software. I tried to invest and faced little problems. I felt really nervous. It was a disaster! If I’ve ever started a project, I would do my best to make it fully working. Believe this is the part of success!

What are your hard cap and soft cap?

No hard cap specified, but we do have soft cap it is $1 000 000.

Also, I don't get the point clearly - with all that invest to invest stuff. Can you make it clear for me in simple words?

The same question! Have you actually have any caps? And how are you going to allocate issues coins?

Furthermore, what fee would you take from the investments that you get from users of your platform. How do you mind to allocate them?

You can find more now in our White Paper as it has a complete information about all our plans
Also when ICO will be launched you will be able to find a F.A.Q section inside personal cabinet

.

Does the 25% allocation to the team means 25% fee for every successful investment. What would likely to happen to those which are unsuccessful?

Promising project. It’s a good idea to have an ability to entrust my funds to an experienced team. I want to invest in some ico, but would be great to get any suggestions

Why do you think it’s promising? They need at least portfolio. Why do you want to entrust your money to guys who are actually unknown. For me ofc. Need some Proof-of-Success Wink

button 'to inevst' does not work on your website. did you turn off an access to the internal wallet?

'Scam or unrealizable projects'
'It is difficult to assess the potential growth'
'Limited funds'

points are rather obvious. however in your investment strategy it is stated that you are going to create 'high ratio of the short-term portfolio with high risk level - at least 70%' Huh i cannot understand why. how keeping huge amount of risky contracts may help to decrease the risks Huh Smiley

are you going to search for suspecious projects and prefer them to others ?

I'm giving you the quote from the White Paper
"The increase in NAV (profit) of Crassula Capital is calculated on the basis of the results of the reporting period (quarter), based on the public data on the activities of Crassula Capital. It is determined by the following formula:

Profit = NAV as of the end of the period - NAV as of the beginning of the period, (in US Dollars, > 0)"

button 'to inevst' does not work on your website. did you turn off an access to the internal wallet?

'Scam or unrealizable projects'

The button invest will only work at the beginning of ICO, so people not use personal cabinet of investor for fun

Mm.. ok, it is a positive scenario. I do not agree with the statement about ‘>0’. How can you know this if the invested project is scam? If you invest $1000, then you have a profit of -$1000. So??

You have really detailed whitepaper. But it is hard to read it not even because it’s huge. It is quite complicated. It is also comprehensive, but complicated as well. Looks like a set of lectures in university, that are of about a month of duration. Too much info for ordinary users.

I suppose you might focus on advanced users. But these advanced users do not meet your service. You should make it a bit lightweight to be understandable for everyone who see your thread.

P.S. it is also quite hard for me to follow all your thoughts..

It is not possible to promise perfect profit. It makes me think you want to deceive. How did you get the formula? Ok it doesn’t matter. How did you get the condition for USD>0 Huh Huh

You are a team, even if are a good one and have a lot of experience in investing, you cannot promise 100% profit (it is actually even non-zero profit) operating with high-risky securities. Lulwhat?

Good project. Are you familiar with foxico? They offer approximately the same service. I read a wp a little and I can see you made a lot of hardworking to prepare for a launch of your campaign. Good luck!  Wink

Possibly the creation of portfolio could give an adequate answer. They might also have some real statistics, but every project is a separate story.
They have lots of instruments for analyzing, e.g. I do not have same amount. I’m sure they r not going to ‘search for suspecious projects’  Grin
Well, will be waiting for anns that could describe this =)

No! Hah!  Grin It’s just a more advanced listing. Their team is quite responsible, so they have good reputation. But it is a listing indeed, no more. They may SUGGEST an appropriate ico to invest in. Crassula Capital INVESTS within your funds deposited and entrusted. In this case foxico is not responsible for any results, while Crassula is interested in being successful, because they have 1/4 of the profit they do. I even justify the great fee because it makes me feel that team members want to earn money for themselves first of all. If you do any job as good as you can to make some money you will definitely do it better!

What announcements do you need? Look, risky instruments are the most profitable after all. It must be based on EV (expected value) of the events that might happen. It is hard to estimate real probability of the event to happen. However, it is possible to predict profit from increase in coon price.

Agree. I’m not a mathematician and could not find a connection between maths formula and logical reasoning. I’ve learnt statices though, I bet you should know there are lots of bias. If they are successful in decreasing of the bias of estimates, the will also be able to find exact values.
Anyway, we are talking about risks. 95% of not-having risks brings no profit. When you have only 50% you normally can double your deposit, so.. there could be a reason for that

I would like to know whether you have projects conducted but your team or not? It’s important, because you should have not only knowledge and enthusiasm but some exp as well. Do you have allocation of coins in details?

The formula is not a statement but a condition of dividents assessment. If we will reach -100%  than that means that assets do not cost anything. And this is possible only if all actives of partnership and all the cryptocurrencies as well as any other currency will lose its value. We think such statement is possible only if there will be the end of the Earth.

Thanks a lot for sharing your opinion, our White Paper is written by specialist are really good in what the are doing, but maybe we have pushed us a little bit too much so to try describing everything

Hm. How will I get the part of the profit? In fiat or crypto? Or in tokens of ico that you invest in?

For now the decision is to pay in crypto, but for sure this might be changed if we see more profitable solution for our partners

sure we do have experience, we will prepare some information due to your demand, thanks for asking!
