I think no, at least because joining the bounty program you get coin after ico as a supporter of the program, while you get coin immediately when you invest. Or the right to pretend to get them and amount over through weeks or within a month;)

I think so. They are likely to pay in their coin to contribute early birds. I hope they will be successful enough in raising the funds to realize mostly everything they’ve planned to. Otherwise, token will cost nothing. Imagine they do it in the wrong way, but I hope they will be able to collect funds during ico, because project is really nice indeed.

If they collect even several ETH they will be able to start the job, with small funds, but they will be able to start anyway. Here the soft cap must be overcome

Hi, the cashback will be paid in ETH few days after the end of ICO
About the price it's difficult to say. But so to secure the price of our token we do not pay in tokens to bounty hunters but we pay straight in ETH. So the token holders will be only investors and we are sure they will be interested in keeping the price at the high range.

The main idea of ICOs is to attract investors to your decentralized platform with a demand for your coin that represetnts close to real one, which in turn helps developers to understand what they r doing wrong (or otherwise). You suggest to break this informal rule which is actually a good instrument for analysis of things that have been done already. You may find lots of projects with several rounds of ICO (even with up to 5, the greatest number that I've seen on my own) and I'm not sure enough they are successful.
