Wow I just noticed this thread lot of great info here.

If you're interested in ROI coin I can give you some details.

It's CPU only so you don't have to compete with high powered GPU or ASIC.
You can mine straight from the wallet with a mouse click so if you don't know how to set up mining software or mining pool connections this makes things easy.
It is mineable and I am currently able to solo mine it with an i7-3770 which is nothing exotic.

The coin has good staking and stakes a bit different than most coins. It stakes every block on the chain and every users stakes the same percentage so you don't have to compete with wallet weight vs. network weight etc. It also stakes even if the wallet is locked or completely offline

Another thing is the term deposit feature. With this you can term deposit coins from 2 days up to 1 year and the interest payout goes much higher.

You can check out a mining tutorial video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dR2fgqCSJ4Y

Profit is very little. Bad choice.

If I have around 200 h/s from a CPU What should I be mining... Currently experimenting with $ARTO and $XMR.
Considering long term $XMR seems to be very strong...

thank you Smiley

HODL coin's pow miner worked better on processors with AES support. If ROI coin is a fork of HODL coin, the same should hold true for that case as well.

Dude I feel like you should keep an eye on Zoin. Coin looks incredibly promising with an outreaching team. Tor, web and desktop wallets and discord community.

Damn, looks like Zoin was a great coin to mine last year. Now with difficult increase and masternodes it isn't profitable to mine it. I guess the train left the station...

The most profitable coin to mine for 2018 and the end of 2017 for me was and its still is IntenseCoin (ITNS)
Wokring on Cryptonote techonolgy and cryptonighe algorithm for me this was the most profitable coin ever.

I am mining on CPU with only 5 and sometimes 6 cores on their official pool and I make ton of profit only through mining.

Give it a try and check it, I know you will be satisfied with the result Smiley

Anonymous currencies are the trend now , and they have the most bright future of all coins.
Check IntenseCoin bitcointalk ANN and start mining today, you won't regret it Smiley
Mine it and tell me how it goes Smiley

try mining Dinastycoin (DCY) it is way more profitable,up to 100% more profitable than ITNS
maybe at the time of the post the difficulty was low enough for you to make "ton of profit"
it only yeilds 0.35$ a day on a Ryzen 7 1700
well every single coin is not worth mining at the moment due to a huge slump, but DCY is the best one at almost 0.5$ a day
makes ROI of a 400$+ Ryzen 7 slightly over 2 years, which is very meh

The coin is very new, but the hashrate of the network is already very high. A lot of miners want to get mastered in the beginning. But easier was mine Yenten )

Hey guys I'm looking to put together a resource thread showcasing 1 all CPU mineable coins // best CPU mineable coins and some guides on how to get started on them whether they're write-ups or videos etc.

For example all cryptonight coins (estimated w/ ryzen 1700 oc)

Biblepay is a CPU only mineable coin which I found interested.

Looking for all input!

I have a CPU mining thread that talks about CryptoNight coins that are worthwhile mining with your CPU here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2891680.0

Hi, I am from India working in networking Job,  here in India  where electricity cost is the big problem and also cant buy expensive GPUs, ASIC is very very costly for me.

I had 2 free old PC at home and 1 computer in office. somebody advised me to mine ROI-coin and its becoming profitable as prices are going up and community is growing. Today I joined their discord community and the development and community is sharing many knowledgeable things which I never knew.
