not installed new wallet yet, but we are still safe for few days since it is going to be really mandatory after block 540.000 right?
i am not suggesting to wait till that block but you do not have to rush and forget some fundamental step like backing up wallet.dat and private keys ;-)
Yes. It's 540.000. Better do it now, after you will be skipped from staking. Or even worse. alreday done, this morning before going to office ... i really hope one day deeponion will give me the opportunity to skip this routine and spend more time for me and my family |

Yeah it is definitely an awesome feature! One that should be marketed, something that sets us apart. This will be huge and people will realise on how really important to protect their files with verification if it is legit or not. |

So guys, who is excited about block 540 000 ?  Well I am!  I know its still few days out but I cant wait for it to happen Count me in! And upgrading wallet 1.7 is also done for me  I guess we all are , it's one of the key technology for DeepOnion When is the expected switch date? Should be the 17.05 about 9 o'clock, am I right? I have to mark it in my calendar |

Yes. It's 540.000. Better do it now, after you will be skipped from staking. Waiting to test stealth addresses. I can confirm that DeepVault is almost INSTANT now. I was wondering before that if the blockchain is around 700MB, it will take ages to search and verify files when it reaches 10 or 20GB, but the devs fixed it. Good job team. |
