How can I determine how old my staking age is? Go to Settings -> Options then under the Display tab, click the "Display coin control features (experts only)" checkbox. Click Ok. Now you will see a new section in "Send Coins" called "Coin Control Features". Click "Inputs..." and you will see a list of your addresses and coin blocks. Along each block, you will get some information such as confirmations and the date. Now, you can also set a "Change address", so whatever change left after your transaction will go to an address of your choice instead of going to a random address. To see some staking statistics, click Help -> Console Window, then under the Console tab type "getstakinginfo". The network weight now is 146 million and the difficulty is 1.86. This network weight is the total number of confirmations done by staking wallets. Once they get a stake, the network weight will reduce and the difficulty will decrease giving your more chances to stake. The ExpectedTime is an estimate of your next stake in seconds. Use the calculator and divide it by 86400 to get the waiting time in days. |

Guys, I grouped my onions into 270 per blocks today for better staking chances and my network weight has been reset but it is now stuck at 15 (It says it is staking). Any ideas why?
Can i ask you why did you choose such a large block size? Are you sure it will split? My blocks are 250 and I never have any problems. but it depends on your weight size... whats the percentage of your block to your weight? 10-15%? Many are starting to complain about not staking so I'll provide some info. With this huge network weight 120 million, low blocks can never stake, so I recommend at least 400 ONION per block... forget about the old 250 which was normal when the network weight was around 75 million. If your staking age is more than 30 days, that block will NEVER stake... resend it to yourself to start staking again. If you missed a stake (generated but not accepted/someone got it before you), don't worry, because you will continue to accumulate confirmations and when that block stakes, the reward will be higher. I'm staking fine with 250 Onion blocks. I don't know if it's already time to up the size of the blocks. |

Also remember that from then on the POW Reward is halved and POS also goes down from 10% to 5%. |

Do we have any information regarding pre-mined wallet stopping staking at some point? Since now it's 5%, I think will be more fair if DEV let people to get more via staking if they stop staking pre-mine? |

We will have some great news next week!
This week or next week? early or mid week? I hope it's not the weekend. When does the week actually start? Is it Sunday for everyone? Is it Saturday, which is the first day after the airdrop? Deeper never disappoints us, when it comes to updates related to DeepOnion. I'm hoping it is going to be BIG! If we could beat them to market is would be amazing. There are too many monero forks these days... what's wrong with their current mixer? did they find that it's traceable or is it not secure enough? |
