This news are quite old, few weeks or so. For now the new legislation is in "draft mode".  The vote will commence on 27 of June by  Japan Virtual Currency Exchange Association. Lets see what will happen then.

This is not the real reason why they want to regulate cryptos. Market manipulation still occurs even with all the rules they have. They know privacy give power back to the people, and they fear it so they'll try to regulate it... but it won't make any difference... decentralization is the future... let them regulate all they want... privacy is protection...

Deeponion very goood represented on english and russian markets, also not bad represented on chinesse market.
But arabian market is very big and important too, so im happy to see arab video even if i can understand only 2-3 %
