According to there, roadmap, Phase 1 of the product will be launched in Q4 of 2018 and phase 2 of the product will be launched in Q1 of 2019 as the project will be ready. So there is not much wait for the launch of the omnitude project, it will be a platform that will definitely take eCommerce solution to next level.

Well, I see this as a buy call for ECOM tokens. The phase 1 of the Omnitude platform will be releasing at the end of this year. Price of ECOM tokens won't be in reach after the project will go live. With so many eCommerce companies at one single platform, ensuring the genuineness of the product purchased by the consumers, success of omnitude is guranteed.

That is too early to ask.
In the future they will have their own Blockchain on Hyperledger Fabric, but currently ECOM is an ERC-20 token that you can store on any wallet that supports ERC-20.

There is a special coin called ECOM in the Omnitude ecosystem. When the merchant's suppliers and customers will purchase or earn the tokens it will allow Omnitude to generate its own funds. It will play an important role in the long-term development of Omnitude.
