Do I need to sell all alts?

I don't think that it would be a wise idea if you are going to sell all of your alts to invest to bitcoin. The price trend of btc stabelise on 7-8k $ mark which does not give much profit. While some alts already pump by multiple folds already.

If you have plenty of alcoins you do not have to sell all altcoins , you can sell one half os this in you are in need financially, but if you do not have problem on financies, then you might as hold it for some other time, that you need it most.

I dont  think so if bitcoin will reach 20k soon but we have to wait for that moments, i dont know what is your point my friend,selling for all of your altcoin for what? I think your point is you have to trade your altcoins for bitcoins and waiting for the price of bitcoin to pump.

Bitcoin has the potential to reach 20k and that will really give us a lot of profit but there are also some potential altcoins that can increase its price but not as much as bitcoin does but that potential coins can still give us lot of profit. So for me i suggest that you keep those potential altcoins if you have some and then sell those altcoins that you think will not benefit you in anyway and buy bitcoin and then hold it until it reach the price you are expecting.

It's up to you, but it depends also on your altcoin type. Some altcoins are on the rise, some down. If the price is down, or the price graph is less stable, then better just bear your altcoin.

If the price is rising, both slowly and significantly, you better sell it, but do not immediately do dump. Do trading wisely. So that the price is stable even rise so as to generate big profits.

I think it will reach $20,000 again in December because until now it is being dump by the whales and keeps suffering. Maybe this June there will be a recovery and slowly climb until it reach $20,000 price again.

although I also believe that bitcoin will increase in the month of June until the end of this year but I am not sure that ethereun will reach the $ 20,000 price it is too far for bitcoin

This may depend on you because if you sell your alts because it reaches your desireable price go sell it or if you do not believe on it anymore you can sell it but if you believe it you can hold it much more until it retuen

I have been selling my altcoins and store it a bitcoin or ethereum. So many altcoins nowadays and a lot of them have a hard time rising back up when its down. So for me, the sure thing is that btc and eth will rise again, thats why  better convert my alts to btc and eth.

If your altcoins have potentials to be on a high price, try to wait more time. Every move that you will do will have risks. If you sell all of your altcoins and transfer to bitcoin, and your altcoins that you sold have a higher price, you will regret that you sell it on a lower price. I have my altcoins sent to bitcoin too due to the increase that certain date and is now waiting for bitcoin to rise again. I know it will but it could have been better if I am also profiting now with altcoins using those sold one
