For me the price of bitcoin can pump again and i think bitcoin price can pump up to $30k this year  so my advice is you should buy more bitcoin, but holding a good altcoins like ethereum, eos is also a good strategy so  i dont think you need to sell all of your altcoin.

It depends on what alts you are holding now, if you think that it is a good altcoins, then you can keep them. If its difficult for you to decide whether to sell or hold it, just sell some and don't sell all.

NO! Don't sell your alts for bitcoin. If btc will reach $20k, alts will rise also. Come to think of it, if you sell all your alts now, do you think you will have more than 1 BTC? If you have good alts to hold, just let them in your wallet. They will gain more profit than converting them to BTC. Altcoins have a more percentage of increase than bitcoin, so better hold the good coins you have and sell those shit coins. Altcoin is the key to success.

I think you are the one who can answer that because it depends on what you believe in and what you are aiming for. If you are not after for a long term investment and you need a money right now or you feel that the altcoin is not good to hold, then it's your call if you would like to sell them all.
