Do I need to sell all alts?

I do not think you sell your altcoin now because now altcoin price is decreasing and if you sell your altcoin now you will not get any profit, for better you buy bitcoin for future when bitcoin price goes up you can invest in bitcoin with long-term and my advice you better hold the coins you have and wait for the price of bitcoin and altcoin back stable. Base on current prize of bitcoin and other alt-coin market price and is more courage to sell off alt coin and buy bitcoin

Good representation of bitcoin industry's flow. These days crypto currencies is not on its good state since its value keeps on decreasing but its usual knowing this field as volatile. I think it is up to you whether you want to sell all altcoins you have and buy BTC because none can say which altcoins reach the moon. Selling all your altcoins is not very smart move. even if bitcoin will raise to $20000 - you will get just x2.5 because it is not so volatile. I would better suggest to change may be some alts in your portfolio rather than selling them. Any way, this is just your decision. Peace

Agree. Altcoins market are so promising because it is increasing and provide higher profit. If you don't really need to sell all your altcoin then don't. Just keep yourself updated frequently.

It depends on the market. If the market is fine and the prices are also fine you can sell it but if the proces are not fine and it is red you should wait until it's fine.

A good spread of risk will normally require you make a portfolio that has both bitcoins and several altcoins.It protects from losses when either of them crashes adversely.Also,I believe altcoins have a better chance of growing faster in value especially if you choose the right ones.

In my experience once some of my alts where I did Invest will hit the ICO price or a little more than of that, I will dump It automatically because I observe In several altcoins  were only rise but can't last longer. So altcoins Are just good for short-term period of Investment.

You do not need to sell your altcoin because of bitcoin price. Altcoin has its own  price. If the price is low do not sell just wait until the price is up. Altcoin is different from bitcoin so if your altcoin is at higher price sell them, you can buy again that altcoin if the price is low.

I agree with you. There is no point in selling coins or altcoins. This year is a little bit struggle for all of us but I do believe that soon, everything will increase back to normal. WE can recover our loss by holding our coins for a long time.

You don't need to sell your altcoins, if you invested in a good altcoins then you can hold until the price moon before you sell, if you sell now and later the price moon, you will regret it. it happened to me.
