it depends on your choice,i think when BTC bull run start next time Altos also rising with BTC ,but u should have good altos in your wallet if not it might be loss even btc green.

This crypto market is totally depended on news, if good news comes all coins pumps and if bad news comes it dumps heavy, and now a day there is lots bad news comes like any county ban bitcoin, any well-known exchange hacked etc. and market dumping heavy. But I think at now bitcoin 6100$ level, its making a bottom and ready to fly higher. So I will advice not to sell your coins at lower level in loss and wait for market to come again in bullish trend for good profit.

Why should you sell your altcoins now? THey are allready in loss, and when you selling there now, you made loss. You just made loss when you sell it. So right now, its the better choice to hold your altcoins and wait untill the market recover. Maybe it will takes some time, but its better then making loss.
