Selling altcoins on lose is the most stupid thing to do specially when you already lose a lot so its best to just hold your coins and wait for the price to recover. My advice you do not need to sell all the Altcoin you have today. Because a lot of Altcoins still has good potential for the future. You can hold Altcoin but you can still hold Bitcoin. So you do not need to choose one of them.

I think if you hodl altcoins you believed on it. Coverting all your altcoins to bitcoin alone is risky, It is better to diversify your investment. If you can noticed the percentage increase of ethereum for example is higher than btc presently.
