If you are really in panic I can advise you to quit for sometime, and then when the market would recover again you can enter back by doing that you would not experience any loss.

Today the market mark is recovering already, altcoins prices are up more than 10% and I'm sure the trend will continue, but I suggest to continue to hold because the phenomenon of the increase will continue to happen until the end of the year.

Do not be confused. And do not sell all your alts. There is no point focusing only a single coin, may it be the best or worst. Bitcoin is the best but I would not recommend that your entire portfolio will only be having Bitcoins. Put some altcoins at all times. Choose the best altcoins. If your investment is rather big, you can always diversify your portfolio between 6 to 10 coins including Bitcoin. At the end of the day, all of them are going to grow.

First target for Bitcoin is to stay at the $7000 range and then pass $8000. After, it can hit back to $1000. Sell altoins if your balance is positive. Don't sell if you are in a loss.
