Do I need to sell all alts?

Did you do it?  Selling for me is depend on the price that i bought my coins,  if i am already earning then i can sell my coins but if not and will result for a higher risk and a big tendency of losing my investment then i will choose to hodl.

I think bitcoin can not reach 20k in the next days or months. In my opinion, it can take maybe more than a year to see that the prices of bitcoin and the altcoins will have satisfying prices again.

No, selling al alts is not a good idea. You should keep some for a long hold. Though it is your choice. If you want to leave the crypto platform or if you need lots of money then you can sell them or whatever you want to do with your money, you can do that. But my suggestion for you to hold some alts coin for the future profit and help the crypto platform.

if good news comes all coins pumps and if bad news comes it dumps heavy, and now a day there is lots bad news comes like any county ban bitcoin, any well-known exchange hacked etc. and market dumping heavy. But I think at now bitcoin 7300$ level, its making a bottom and ready to fly higher. So I will advice not to sell your coins at lower level in loss and wait for market to come again in bullish trend for good profit.
