I don't want to take the risk of investing into it myself
but what I've heard from others that have is that the program does work
However, the profits from it are so small that it is practically impossible to get the money worth back
Don't buy it

Thank you. If you did not try it what kind of review is it?

The profits are very good.  Weekly profit: $23970.50, total profit: $82918.93

After a few days of bearish trends (red arrow) we are looking at a new strong Buy signal.

The next resistance level is at 1200 and if broken we can see a very strong up trend (bullish trend) up to $1400-1500 target!

The future of Bitcoin is brighter than before.

BitPay Sees 6,260% Increase in Bitcoin Black Friday Sales! More and more vendors are accepting it!

Solid profits are coming in december!

Lets close this year strong!

We are running aggressive settings!

And aggressive is the one that holds longer instead of trading more often correct?

I notice from time to time there are long periods of times when the prices do not update at all. Currently for the past 2 days it just shows a flat line for mtgox/btc-e/bitstamp.

Any ideas?

True, sometimes Mtgox and other exchanges are heavily ddosed and their api is down. Even bitcointalk was down under attack.. Such things are beyong our control. When the api goes up we restore connection and catch up on the trading!

All is fine.

I have several gold plan robots and continuously lost btc on all my accounts.Sometimes in last two month when price go up robot is in "profit" and i turn it off,go to btce account take all but amount that i give it in beginning, turn it back on and it went to minus till next price up.
Than I try to let him work on one big leap up,leap down, leap up,leap down (~1100-~600) and profit was around 15$ and it is clear from charts that 15$ is just because second price difference was higher.
My judgment on this software is that is bad.If you just hold your btc and sell part of it when price is much higher than when you buy/mine it,you will be in much higher profit. All you has to have for that is patience.
Have and one question.Explain this copy/paste from my btce acc where robot is working and tell me what is good for me in this picture?

Also I can say that my acc wealth last night was 3.225 BTC and after this this morning is 3.0632?!? In $ or btc this is LESS.I agree that you can say that will be higher portfolio value next year when btc price go to 10000 Smiley, but did i need robot to hold and continuously lost amount in btc that i have next year 1*10000=10000$ which is more than last night 3.225*1050=3386$?And one more thing this morning neither of my robots don't see real amount in btc,and when I login and look i could die there was zero to all of them.Is that some bug or what? Can you add reset button so i can reset my software when go crazy.

Hi, I also would like to contribute with some personal experiences with btcrobot and with it's customer support.

I bought robot in september [gold] and set it up right after I got credentials and pair it with btc-e.
I let it live on it's own, sometime switch modes from medium to aggressive and back.

Everything was ok but on nov 15 problems started to queue up.
I went to check robot and it was inactive. No manual interaction, why should I do it anyway.

I reported this immediately, but was slapped with avoiding answers on my direct questions and random crap, based on not reading and understanding my report in emails. It was not possible to bring bot to active mode by following provided instruction.
Then I got reply about my robot being reinstalled and therefore clearing all it's history and profits.
My demand on restore and compensation of lost profits passed by ignored.

I was pissed and angry, and imagine receiving emails how trades are doing well, and how robot makes profits and all this shiny graphs. I was left ignored and uninformed, just like that. Btw all this was happening when BTC jumped from ~300 to ~900 bucks so you can imagine better what I was experiencing as customer, who payed for toy to be played with, but could only watch it from behind the glass... loosing profits and being powerless in the same time

I did wrote a couple of emails to support, requesting action and updates regarding this issue, but I was not very satisfied with their treatment. I will definitely not mark it as professional approach.

On nov 24 I went to check if anything changed, I logged in and surprisingly I was able to bring bot online. Finaly after 7 days of nothing, it was able to trade. Why I was not informed about it being fixed nobody knows. What went wrong or any report explaining whatsoever... nothing.
It just start to work and that's it.

I was happy about it working, anyway I was still in demand of compensation of lost profit, which was not met with success neither understanding.

Later after few more email my claim was declaimed blaming unavoidable technical issues or something like that. Just to keep me off from spamming their mail box I recon.

So this is my personal experience with btcrobot and their support.

Anyway it's now up and running, but it loose a lot of its credibility in my eyes. And I feel like I was tricked or robbed if you know what I mean.

Take whatever you want out of my experience. At least you will be prepared more on what to expect, when dealing with BTCRobot.

donations wellcomed Smiley

The robot is developed as an automatic hands free solution. If you turn off / on and mess with it's work your results may vary.

The hands free automatic account shows very stable and safe performance:

I also had that issue last night. When I logged in the bot was set to inactive...i enabled it, hit save. Few hours later inactive again. Turned it back on and it has been active since.

I realize this is supposed to be hands free but what if we don't notice this. Would it switch back on automatically?

To take profit you can go to your btc-e.com account , convert into USD and withdraw USD by paypal or wire or any other options.

Here is long term chart. The goal of the robot is to safeguard and grow USD value of your portfolio (combined USD + BTC)

Anyone else seeing bad trades with this robot past 24 hours? Me and a friend of mine are both loosing quite a bit because the bot is selling low buying high. (Aggressive mode)

Is it possible to tweak exit point when selling? I feel it exits way too quickly, and it keep selling and selling, and when the market start going back up it does not buy at equal pace ending up always buying at higher price then it sold at.

Hi
Your robot is on and working correctly

This is example of email conversation I was mentioning in my experience few posts above.

I really don't know what's wrong with support, is it hard to answer a simple question?

Eurobitcoin: What is your role in this business? What would you do in my position? How can I get my lost profits back? I didn't pay for reading bullshit all the time. It's not funny any more.

Not working at all today.

I'm pretty sure its because whenever there is a lot of activity such as a crash, the btcrobot's server (i'm assuming) can't keep up with the traffic or maybe there is a limit to how many api calls they are allowed.

Either way, You will notice when everything is working fine, btcrobot tries to connect to http://198.211.114.94:8080 however whenever the bot does not work properly, you will be unable to connect to it such as today.

Just what I have noticed...
