Market capitalization is a useless metric to determine bitcoins user base or market saturation. It means absolutely nothing.

Market cap = number of coins x price per coin

A market cap of 15 million dollars can be 15 million coins x $1 per coin and 15 million people each own one coin.

You may as well talk about the effect of having millions of butterflies and moths attracted to bitcoin mining equipment.

I believe bitcoin will rise in 2018, but if a 1 trillion rise of bitcoin is unlikely to happen within a year. Maybe the next 10 years bitcoin could rise to 1 trillion.

No this cannot happen in 2018.It is too early to hit 1 trillion in such a short time.But one thing is for sure that the price of bitcoin will keep on increasing.In the future later,it can hit 1 trillion if it does well in the market as it is doing in today's date.Today it is the leading cryptocurrency in the market.More and more people are enrolling themselves in bitcoin so as to earn more and more profits in a short period of time.But to reach that level it has to maintain this level.

Market cap is such a poor indicator of success. If OP used factual statistics to show that the adoption growth was linked to the

Market cap, then I would have been more exited. It can be dangerous for a commodity, if say 80% of that commodity was

owned by a small group of people. It would be much better if that commodity was distributed to millions of people. {Good

I think no, because even btc is increasing, it is still very impossible. Because trillion is very big, it can increase upto billion but not trillion, because even it is very karge and big, still many people doesnt support it and many people are against on it.

Bitcoin will not hit 1 trillion dollars the overall cryptocurrency market will surely but bitcoin alone will definitely not. I think that overcoming point mark of 1 trillion USD of capitalization is quite possible thing. Cryptomarket is rapidly evolving. Within more and more time we’ll see the how people use their coins in everyday life.

Yes I think it will hit 1 trillion market cap the new money in this year is way more than last 2017 and bigger players are entering the market like Nasdaq and Wallstreet its just a matter of time before well know corporations integrate blockchain in their companies and this will deliver huge money again to bitcoins market cap as well as the alts it will play so we can really see a 1 trillion market cap before this year ends after the bear market

1 trillon is so much for 2018. Maybe can raise high but not up to 1 trillon theres no point thinking 1 trillon for 2018 just focus on when and what value you want to invest in bitcoin to get a profit to it.
