You dont loose yet as long as you didnt sell the coin that you hold but yes , the best thing you can do for now is to keep on hodling until the coin that you hold will recover ,that is the time that you can sell it again and buy other coins that you think more worth it than the previous one .

Oh and one thing , trading is an act of buying and selling immediately but if you only buy and holding the coin for a long time , then that is already an investing . what you actually doing is investing not trading .

Trading is a serious matter to focus on right now, and when we say don't trader you prefer holding your asset and wait for the higher price. This is a redundant words to come out from every mouth saying hold and have patience. If we're going to follow, nothing will be lost but potential profit awaits us to come.

when you're not ready or are still hesitant about trading, it's better not to do it, because this is really risky, moreover this can make your money unstable. well, so when you doubt, it's best not to do it.

Whenever you make transaction buy and sell is called trading. There are some type of trading according to duration of buy and sell,  that is scalping, day trading and swing trading. We have to have more skill about trading when we put money in to crypto because the price of crypt o changed everytime.

what would be the right time for you then? could you tell us more specifically? as of my experience we can never know when is the right time . people say buy low and sell high that means right time is when the price of a specific coin (which you want to buy) is low. that is the right time. but I would say what if that low price drop even lower? what then? if 1$ is low price for a coin. and someone bought that for $1 each. and then it drops to $0.1 then? so trading is always risky..

Trading for practice is something that can let you lose the money. I guess it is better to start with self-education. get as much information about the crypto world as you can, and study it. Later, you can start trading.

strongly agree with what you say. sometimes people start trading immediately, and there are a lot of losses. better find information about it, and learn a lot. because it can make what you have lost in hours, or days.

it is no longer called a transaction, it is called a long-term investment. Because you are aiming for its price to recover and want to hold it for long. In addition, transactions usually have orders to cut loss and you have not done that.

Hold means hold it's not trading. And I think according to current market holding is a good decision. This is not a forex market whether no trading no profit or loss. It's different than the forex market. So, you are holding your token.

I think trading is better then hold. you can trading for short time.  If you buy or sell a coin its call a trading. but you should have enough understanding about the coin you want to hold.you know when the coin will pump. everybody should have  knowledge about the future of the coin you have.
