There're questions to the project always but somehow strange that they arose in many only a couple of days before the start of the ICO. Competitors apparently don't doze but maybe someone just enjoys feeling like a detective. If they were scammers then why such a small hard cap?

They can participate max 50 ETH as per website, but arcblock is going to decrease that less than 20 ETH which is fair to everyone and avoid whale as per telegram group. My application is confirmed i am one of the luck guy. I dont believe that each participant can buy the token. ICO will be over the in 1-2 hours. Its good for us who are able to buy in ICO that USA, CHINA, CANADA, KOREA Can't participate. if we hold and team succeed their plan, we can get good profit.

They decided to lower the max individual cap to 3ETH + 7500CMT. GAS CAP up to 51K and GWEI 31. Do not contribute beyond the CAP, your purchase will be failed with 20% penalties. Refund process will be in 5 weeks after the token distributions.
