3 ETH +7500CMT (u can invest separately)   and you need to fix gas up max 200.000 and 60 Gwei . If you invest more or /and exceed gas limit, you will get %20 penalty:)

A successful ICO doesn't mean the project will succeed. Although ICO is a very important step for inventors and investors alike. ICO is about trust and it's crucial for the future of the project. I'd say about two years of active development to mature a product at least. I maybe wrong here,but that's my estimate.

I can tell you right now what their answer will be: "We are real" "We provide a working platform" "We use our full identity" "We are legit" "You can trust us" et cetera, just pick one. Addressing the psychology and emotion, and not the rational logic of answering a question with an answer that actually directly relates to the question asked.
