There are variety of Bitcoin wallets like web wallets, mobile wallets, hardware wallets, desktop wallets & paper wallets. Desktop wallet is very low security and if your pc/laptop got crashed it all will lost. Web wallets also not that much security. The best wallet method is hardware wallets and there is no any risk with it. Still i also do not have hardware wallets since i am a newbie to this bitcoin trading and planning to get in future. Hope this will works for you.

Blockchain.info’s wallet system features an easy to understand interface, two-factor authentication, and various other security options. It comes with built in ShapeShift trading for easy conversion of bitcoin, Ether and Bitcoin Cash. Unlike some of the alternatives, it doesn’t require identification, though it’s encouraged to ease account recovery if necessary.

There's online, desktop and hardware wallet but I prefer hardware wallet because there is no fear of your device crashing or you wallet being hacked online.

i used hardware secure wallet as Trezor for long term coins and bitcoin core for daily spending , i don't believe in online third party wallets at all like blockchain.info  .

Looking for a secure place to store my bitcoins. What do you recommend? I found a few here, but looking for more feedback: http://cryptomarketmag.com/2018/01/07/best-bitcoin-wallets-2018/

Thanks!
The best wallet that I have is coin.ph, I use this past wallet of mine for one year and I was amazed that it will last longer that all I can say is this is the best wallet that I only use for storing Bitcoin without this I don't know what wallet will I used, without this It will not change my life and how I live today ,in addition this is the wallet that I used in transactions of money ever since.

I think the best purse in the world of cryptocurreny is MyEtherWallet because its security is guaranteed so many people use it.

I prefer a local wallet that is clearly able to protect our privacy account has even been much evidence that has been felt local people here, the reason to prefer the local bitcoin wallet because of course in terms of security is definitely maintained to the maximum so as not to disappoint people who use it.

An offline wallet , like Electrum , is better than other online wallets, like an exchange
Or better than all, paper wallet / ledger
Online wallet are too risky, and you can lose your money easy

The best bitcoin wallets are definitely those which allow you to have control over your private key such as cold storage wallet, paper wallet and software wallet. I don't put my bitcoin on any exchange/trading sites, I only keep a few for emergency use in case I need to buy altcoins or whenever I need to convert it into fiat. So far, I love my cold storage wallet and it's giving me nothing but satisfaction and peace of mind.

Thanks!

I use 4 out of these 5 wallets and each are pretty good at serving their own purpose but definitely the most secure are the hardware wallets..

I haven't used Trezor before I do have the Ledger Nano S. Super secure, easy to use and holds a great range of altcoins, as well as bitcoin.

If you're not ready to buy a hardware wallet, the Exodous wallet is a good desktop wallet for bitcoin and alts and Jaxx is great if you prefer to use your smartphone. I only use Electrum as a burner wallet for all the bitcoin forks (coz I don't want to use private keys for my main wallets).

What I use right now is coins.ph. it is very user-friendly. It makes you convert btc from any currency in just a snap. It also shows real-time update on Bitcoin's growth in months, weeks and days.

The best bitcoin wallets to store your bitcoin are offline wallets such as Ledger, or Trezor.
And the best bitcoin online wallets that I know are Xapo.com, blockchain.info, and Luno.com

It depends on your country. Here in the Philippines mostly of us use coins.ph, I personally use Coins.ph because it already has its own bitcoin converter. converting your bitcoin to our currency. although the downside here is that their fee is so high. and they have a very low converting price. but all in all, it is trustworthy. I am using it for a year now.
