I requested a refund for a purchase of a k1 nano miner over 6 days ago.
Having private messaged "Bicknellski" who had started the topic for the group buy and later directed me to a website:

https://bigpicturemining.com <-- No product, Not offering refunds.

These bastards stole 0.8404BTC from me, And have given me the run-around of "The site manager is on holidays".
When I asked Bicknellski to refund me and have his partner in crime refund him, I was ignored.

DO NOT PURCHASE K1 MINERS FROM THIS SITE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED BTC

It does not take 6 days to issue a refund.

To quote Bicknellski:

"07/08/2013   Processing   We are working on the refund. Ryan our website manager is not in contact at the moment but we have been trying very hard to reach him to rectify this situation. I am sorry you have had to wait 3 days for this."

It's been 6 full days since I requested my refund. I have emailed "Ryan" a few times requesting a refund and was ignored..

These guys are fucking scammers, and will be labeled as scammers until this is rectified.

I am at a loss to explain why it was not refunded and I can only apologize and I hope that this resolves the matter. This is my own BTC not the BTC held on the website I am doing this payment because I personally believe in prompt refunds. Unfortunately your refund was not prompt and that is my responsibility I could have been much faster to release my own BTC to resolve this problem. Please confirm you have received the BTC.

As a point of clarification. No one is producing much of anything Avalon related given the shipping delays we will refund anyone who submits refunds through the website and the Big Picture Mining Cooperative will honour refunds. Of course we will need to verify the identity of people before we send BTC back. We are working on our shortcomings in our refund system and we will fix it.

It is entirely our fault. No need to apologize. We regret that we did not resolve the issue in a timely fashion you are well within your rights to complain and escalate matters. We will try our best to do better in future refund situations that is all we can do. Of course we need to follow a better procedure on our end that does require the website be used so there are no errors of double, misplaced or misdirected refund payments. As I mentioned in PM's I was hoping for customers to send me a message via the website that we can properly verify the address you want us to send the BTC back to you with confidence. This is a one off refund and in future all refunds need to go through this check only through our website for security reasons, as we do not want to make problems worse should there be an error and we send BTC to an unverified address that is not under personal control of the customer. We do not really want to have addresses posted in public as a security precaution.
If you can please close the thread and change the title to reflect that we resolved the issue we would be grateful. Also I will add a positive trust your name here as we value that you put your trust in us as a customer.

I was quite surprised to see the title of this thread in this forum but glad it seems to have been resolved. If the OP is happy with the outcome perhaps he/she could edit to to say "resolved" ?  It might prevent bad rep for what seems to have been a simple error.

Ohh for sure some of them are not scams and people submitted them just for praise. A few good ones on the site. I run it free with no ads and everything that goes up stays up. Other then we have saved a few peoples BTC and have helped consumers resolve issues with companies. It is normally the company not acting in a super speedy fashion that results in someone feeling ripped off. Thanks for the visit.
