So guys,  just out of the curiosity I checked every exchange and every market mentioned in CoinMarketCap BTC, DOGE, CNY , XP. Either something wrong with my Basic Math or I'm correct and it's ONLY  1.3 trillion.
Can someone please double check .
Thanks

There is something wrong with your basic maths Cheesy

They are currently 12.97 trillion, and it looks like the stake is working full steam ahead.  Shocked

I need that GED after all.
So how high this can go ?

if you want a small coin supply please check such coins as 42. with an apparent total supply of 42 coins ever.

there are plans to reduce both coin supply and inflation, but SHND will still be a coin with a large supply Smiley

Let me be clear.

There will never be any coin burn on this coin.
There will never be any coin swap on this coin.

The original dev is gone but the coin is alive, it's in the same state as Bitcoin.
You won't reach any consensus on burning coin and the same goes for swap unless the blockchain is dead. It's not the case here. That's what decentralization is about. Bumba is  a competent dev but the coin is far beyond him or the original dev. As said above 70% of nodes are japanese.
As long as a minimal amount of nodes agrees to run on whatever version it will go as it is.

The only solution is a hard fork issuing the new coins for free and at prorata Like BTC or NXT are doing also called a snapshot. That's how it works for a decentralized blockchain. It will be called called SHND2 or + or whatever but Stronghands "vanilla" will continue to work as long as the blockchain is alive. That's the only way.

Can you please explain how do you perform supply reduction then (unless it's a swap that can or can't succeed) ?

vanilla has issues of usability and potential breakability,
rpc call getinfo already has broken value moneysupply,

it is possible that no-one will ever stake enough to break rewards, but with a maximum age of 65 years it is possible,

but even without that breaking, i'll argue that the 2 billion send limit is too low, and the % returns are too high,

don't forget that the apparent "decentralized blockchain" was created by a centralized point,
the whole "decentralized" shtick is mainly about how data is stored, and not how the chain is created/maintained.

for the fork to work, the decentralized network will switch from one protocol to another and continue on.
when we fork, you are welcome to keep Stronghands Vanilla alive and even convince the exchanges and network members not to update. it is up to all members on the network to update however they feel.

https://www.reddit.com/r/stronghands/comments/7r53tp/unintended_or_intended_brilliance_in_this_coin/

This person made great point. This is my reason to invest and hodl / hold.

I invest great deal by buying in BTC recently in goals of achieving pumping the value of this coin and it worked. From .000002 into .000003. In hopes that developers also see that the community is here to support you, devs.

LET'S make this coin for broader use.

Question, I have some SHND. And coinexchange allows to sell it and gain bitcoin, but will I been waiting for 20-30 years before I get it or will it be quick?

Should I wait for SHND to rise, before I sell it for bitcoin?

Also, I did BTC to DoDGE and then DODGE to SHND was that the correct approach.

Thanks, LOVE YOU ALLLLLLLLLLLLL

Is stronghands a memecoin? I keep seeing it pop up.

Is it worth buying some? The supply is a bit ridiculous.

Well they are going to reduce the staking reward. Its 100% a month right now.. hope i'm early enough to double my coins...
Wallet syncing takes time though, and no bootstrap Sad

Lol is it really 100% a month? Interesting take. I might buy some just for the hell of it, not sure though

Please excuse my tardiness, I was going to post this yesterday, but here we are and it's today already ...
I thought perhaps a minor dev update could be in order Smiley only in regards to how the code changes are coming and devloping Wink

By now we have a healthy posse of people helping out in all fields of the stronghands universe and  things are moving along swimmingly.
I came onto stronghands knowing there were a few obvious issues that must be dealt with if it is to survive,
and a few things that could do with some tweaking.

---
The obvious issues are, transactions breaking the wallet if the transaction is over 2 billion, and coin supply being misreported.
The tweaking issues could be the reward structure and the current coin supply.

In regards to the obvious:
The 2 billion limit issue is because the wallet fails to reject such transactions, so far we have developed a fix for the qt wallet,
whilst the daemon version still must be worked on further.

The coin supply issue is to do with a integer overflow where the value is too large for the coded integer type, so we are looking at converting the integer type to another that is capable to handle the large values.
This issue is particularly important because the way things are going the same issue is possible to occur with individual staking transactions .. if the transaction were old enough.
It's also possible that by the time our over all changes take effect, the coin supply will have become large enough to break the next largest integer type.

As to the tweaking issues:
There will be a hard fork coming,
this fork looks to include such as a gradual reduction in % returns, current discussion is with keeping 1200% for the next 3 months, 600% for 3 months, 300% for 3 months, then switching to a fixed reward - the value of this fixed reward will be determined to maintain a healthy reward structure for hodling and to keep long term inflation down.
Also an increase in PoW rewards to encourage mining participation.

There will be a vote for final POW/POS rewards.

The fork will also include an increase in the value of possible transactions, at the moment all transactions are limited to a theoretical maximum of 2 billion coins, with a 12 trillion coin supply, raising this 2 billion limit seems a useful thing to happen.

The fork will not address the current coin supply, but there are plans to create a new Masternode Currency, this will be attainable through swapping/purchasing with SHNDS, with the coins being burnt.

-
Other things in progress are updated graphics, updated code base,

Acheivments so far include:
An updated graphic (we still need some more variations to fully update the qt wallet),
numerous seeders which are now hard coded to help with network connections,
various mining pools,

This is only a quick note, and only addresses development in the code area Wink so i could expand more and say how wonderful everything is, but i'll leave it here with just a quick thanks to everyone involved in helping to keep SHNDS alive.

i am but one star in the SHND universe, and the universe is ever expanding .....

I guess that's not wise.

because this coin is cheap and i see a future here i am telling all my workmates of stronghands and have told friends i am willing to buy for them and show them how to store stronghands in a wallet, teach them a bit whilst using stronghands.

i have been reading through the forum replies as well as looking on the reddit page and i am real happy to be here.

Yeah I love it too
Thanks DEV for all the hard work. StrongHand is becoming popular here in Los Angeles. What I love about this coin is that the community mostly holding,  supply is rising but no-one is dumping.  It's a great team work between community and development team
