There is no such ICO that can give you guarantee. And if it gives you then it is scam. You are the only one that can decide to trust or not to the peoject. |

Mostly in Europe. Unfortunately for now I couldn't tell you exactly in what countries it eould be. Yes of course there will be some commision fees. |

No the ICO is longer than 2 months and it is normal period for ICO. You can watch EOS ICO it is going for whole year. |
