2 - what will happens when the cryptocurrency reaches it limits ( example : bitcoin 21M , ETH .... , and other curriencies ) ? will they win money after the currencies reaches its limits ?

Mining is mining in a past decades mining will develope but until now there's a selected people still do the mining. In your number 2 questions your expectation in limits of coins i think can cause a long long year. 21M as a price of BTC is so hard to reach specially now.

well i don't think so, s long as there's a POW coin to mine, miners would flock over and mine those coins. Unless all coins switch to Proof of Stake or any other algorithm though

Of course, nobody will stop mining. However, as I have read today miners will pay more for electricity than other citizens. For instance, in New York, this rule works already. Probably, miners will get less income, but mining will exist further.

Since the entire blockchain system works on the processing power that is provided by the hardware that the miners are using to process transactions then I don't think that there is any way that mining will ever stop. Miners are one of the most important part of the blockchain. Without them, the blockchain does not run.

For now POW is the most secure mechanism. Someone can come up with a new algo and then yes, mining will disappear. But new algorithms don't grow on a trees
