I would suggest you to make a list of all exchange with all details of it  especially about the withdrawal fees, need ID verification or not, trading fees, etc.

I like the idea  Smiley
From now on, you could add any information, you think, people should be aware of, about your favorite exchange!

Found no such a collection in the forum.
People could use this collection for looking up the possibilities.
Some friends would like to join crypto, but have no overview info about exchanges.

Bitfinex - No new registrations. Re-open: January 15

Poloniex
- it accepts new users, and also responding really fast for the enhanced verification requests.
- Seems like the exchange has hired a lot of stuffs and it Poloniex are actually responding to tickets!
- require KYC/ID before registration

Bittrex - Won't accept any new users.

Kraken - Won't accept any new users, as for 12/18/17

Binance
- Won't accept any new users, but I heard about a trick that you can register through the Launch pad, it is worth checking out.
- binance is accepting new registrations now
- limited amount of registrations per day

Not yet, but if anyone else is having this issue too, I could mention it under the exchange. In order to notify others. As well as the solution when we have.
