Education is essentially and significantly important, especially nowadays. Regardless what people might perceive to say
on the variety and sources of acquiring knowledge and skills, Education is an advantage in all areas of life. If you dream and aim
to make something of yourself in this life, Education is the key. Surprisingly it's has something to do with quality and quantity.

Most of the things that we learn in the name of education is really unnecessary because there is no way that knowing surface tension is going to have any effect on my life in later ways. Yes you must have education in this kind of generation. If you don't have an education most people point fingers on you, look at you from top to bottom. I actually agree. There are lots of things that are important in life that cannot be learned at school. However, some knowledge that we need to learn to be able to survive is learned at school. Just keep in mind, some successful people, especially businessmen are not high school nor degree holder, they became successful because of their perseverance, hard work, and good personality in terms of dealing with people.

Definitely education is a must-have. But different levels and types of education will be relevant to different persons. Not everyone needs a PhD or even a Bachelor's degree. But certainly some form of education, formal or informal, is necessary to be part of the society. Even informal education given from the community/guardians about basic health, etc.

Your proficiency communicating speaks for your believe that education is not important.  If you mean having formal education won't help you in life you're greatly wrong my friend. The fact that you were able to read and write is because of education. Your mom might be the one who taught you those skills, still it means you are EDUCATED.
