Most of the coins you are talking about are already too big, if you want to obtain profits of 100x in a single year then you need to invest in coins with a very low market cap, probably something with less than 10 million in the market cap that way to obtain 100x the coin will only need to reach a market cap of 1 billion dollars and since right now there are only 18 coins with a market cap above it that should give you a hint of how difficult it is to achieve that.
