I agree with you here dude though i'd put corruption a but higher since some problems here can't be resolved because.of corrupt leaders. Poverty and drugs can be directly affected by those in power wanting to simply stay in power.

If i am to rate? In my own rating, regardless of what other’s  . I can see that terrorism, war everywhere and religious war is a big problem now, second ecological problem, third is poverty in other part of the world, fourth is incurable diseases and fifth is human trafficking.
