Hi guys!

I need your opinion. Thinking of acquiring a very curious token - some Russian guys are building so-called fruit crypto farm where strawberry to be growing in the greenhouse and crypto coins mined in the same facility. Also, crypto farm will be heating the greenhouse and all this will work on solar energy. How to evaluate this token properly? What should I really need to know before buying it?

The reason why this token drew my attention is 2% passive constant income for all token holders. How quickly will such token grow in price?  If possible, please share any alternatives with similar feature.
The idea of combining a huge mining farm with greenhouse also seems prospective to me. Haven't seen anything like it before.

Good idea, but the issue here is that the market they are looking to enter is well saturated and how do they plan to enter the market and be competitive, also the 2% income looks unsustainable to me

I' m not sure about percentage of the constant income.
But also 30% pre-ico discount included, cheap electricity for miners, and an opportunity for investors to rent/ buy the place. And also passive income. By the way, this region is close to China where mining is to be prohibited.

Appreciate, but these are not what i'm looking for.
That project is something really different. Combination of agriculture and crypto coins mining... Not some conventional stuff like above.
 Want to get some inside information from the authors but haven't found any more. According to their road map they are about to sell pre-ico tokens. If you have some information about Coinberry token, please contact me.

Russia is a big country. Agriculture is developed but predominantly in warm regions in the west. The Far East, where this project takes place, has a dire climatic properties. Agriculture - imports from the Caucasus or China. China brings low-quality products. Territories of the Far East are distributed to the Far Eastern hectares, in order to increase the volume of agricultural products.
What I mean, I think, the guys will soon be launched (an impressive campaign in runet, believe me, I live in Vladivostok). I rarely visit crypt forums, but this project really impressed me with its ... logic. I agree with you dude, that this is something completely different

About crypto farms not strawberry.
Vladivostok is near to China, lots of tourists in city. Couple years ago russian gambling zone was opened in Artyom near 30 km Vladivostok. Chinese tourists even more.
I knew before that blockchain technologies are to prohibited soon in China but never thought of chinese miners what to do. I m okay with ethereum and my current ICO and wait interesting projects.
