Never thought joining on ICO's can be quite challenging. I've joined the Digitex ICO yesterday but it was sold after 20 minutes like pancakes! Me and my friends failed to atleast get something considering out budget so I'm looking for another one where we can participate. I am eyeing BeeToken but I still need to know more about it.

Looking for budget best ICO is the fine view to to check it before investing on it. There are many people investing on ICOs without gathering any information about the concern project details information. Wherever you see there are many attractive projects in the market everyday.
When you need to invest on the ICO you have to check the developer team information, white paper, road map, blog and check the with forum leads. All must need to do all the time. Then only you can invest on the good project.

Great website but like I always say, it's extremely important that there is a link to the biography of the respective team members. Who wants to be part of a project when the only information they've got on the team is a couple of pictures and short scanty writeups.

Of course, speaking of things like these is always very judgmental. Still, according to my own research,  it's a pretty nice idea to invest in SmartChain tokens. Pavel Durov refers to this project. He has a reputation as a successful man with good ideas and a lot of people follow him only because of his name.
I'm not a fan of Pavel, but I see the chance to earn some money.

my view is that pavell durop has a good enough capacity to handle this commodity ico, because if the project always brehasil well, but do not admire only one other person still many.

Wepower - Doesn't have first to market but has their USP.
Credits - Huge potential but not sure if the team will be able to pull it off.

These days it is tricky to invest in ICO's although there are a lot off good ones out there, i particularity liked and invested in Envion.
There is a few things i look at before investing in any ICO, Do i understand what they trying to accomplish, will it solve a problem or will they be profitable as a company in a short amount of time.

If they become profitable in a short amount of time they most probably will be a company that stays relevant, this will make the Coin you purchased in the ICO gain constant value.
