If in ruling you refer to price, then BTC will reign. But, I believe ETH will utilized more than it is today.

Looking at today's situation, ethereum looks more preferable than bitcoin. Ethereum will strengthen its position with new ICOs. At bitcoin there is only popularity. Perhaps ethereum will not be able to overtake bitcoin this year, but ethereum will grow in price faster than bitcoin.

Why not both? That two coin will boom this 2018. But for more ROI go for ethereum, since ethereum is still undervalued compare to the price of bitcoin now. But if you want for long term, go divide your funds in that two coins and sell when you are already happy.

My strategy is going to be to use both also but probably more along the lines of Bitcoin for the early months of 2018 and Ethereum in the later months, the price of bitcoin is too low for me right now to not invest in it and keep the funds in it, Ethereum I believe in more strongly but I think it will take a bit of time off after the increases in recent months.

We can never give up both. We will have both of them to save ourselves. But the growth potential of ETH is better than BTC. For maximum profit, I'm now planning to go with ETH in a bigger percentage.

I will never give up on either, I think for any good portfolio it is important to have both, I will just transition between having my largest holding in bitcoin to having my largest holding in ETH. Of course this is subject to change but right now that's how I foresee things playing out.

eth and bitcoin are in the same mode that this is one of the good choice to be cause we are able to see that this two are in a safe place to play for and we have to go in the flow of it dont just put yourself in a way that is was not sure for put yourself in a sure and easy way of that you are able to earn and have some profit.

I think ETH will strong growth in 2018. Because BTC has very high price 

I would vote for Ethereum in 2018, as I suppose this cryptocurrency will grow constantly. I suspect that Bitcoin will go up and down, and it will be very volatile. Therefore I am going to buy more ETH, but I will have BTC in my wallet also.

It is really difficult to make a choice whether Bitcoin or Ethereum will be a leader in price growing in the 2018. For it looks like Ethereum will be better but this is not clear in full extent. We’ll see it later.

I would say ethereum. Because bitcoin price is so high, i think its so hard to imagine that it can rise more. And bitcoin is just a cryptocurrencie, while Ethereum is a Blockchain plattform with suge a huge potential for any other project then just for token. Both coins are good for me and if i will choose between the two it will be bitcoin for me.But i n the meantime i would prefer also ethereum because ethereum are widely used now.

I think both are coins that have very good potential.
But if i have to vote in 2018, i am more interested in ethereum.
Ethereum is currently very strong and in this year prices continue to rise while bitcoin prices are getting lower but still stable.
It is clear that many people in 2018 are more interested in ethereum than bitcoin.

I will choose both for investment in 2018 and I'm going to put 60% of my assets on ETH, 40% of my assets on BTC. Why? You should know that BTC price is already high at the moment and probably BTC price will raise in a small amount up to $20k this year, I think it is the best time for ETH price to rise slightly, while BTC price raising slowly.

Well I think its a nice decision to make. Since they are both quality coin and good to keep. Then its better to invest in both coin because it will surely give you a great amount of income. Aside from that if you have been invested in both coin , if ever bitcoin fall down you still have ethereum that will save you from loss and vice versa.
So its really better if you have both coin.

BTC will do better in bear market, but you can make more in ETH if things go up. Difficult to know, but I am thinking BTC the next few months then switch might be best.
