In my own opinion BTC and ETH are both good cryptocurrency. They are both coins that have future in the crypto world.We chooses different coins but we have the same goals.

Bitcoin or Ethereum, Which of these coins will rule in 2018?
On my mind Bitcoin still stay as a leader of cryptocurrency world. But the gap between the two currencies will be more and more less. Maybe not in the 2018 but sooner or later we’ll see the parity of two coins. |

It is always the bitcoin that will rule in all cryptocurrencies. Because there will no other king of cryptocurrency , the bitcoin will always have the potential in gaining profit , preferably in a long term . Etherium in my opinion will gonna take the second spot in earning big profit , next to bitcoin . Etherium as many said that it will be the queen for the king of cryptocurrency.

if I choose both BTC or ETH because both of them have invested in them because if the BTC is my choice when the price drops 40% and ETH will increase to 60% so both of them

I think not matter which one is in the top mate but we need both coin give us fortune like you said. We need profit here as trader or investor so i dont care about the chrown. But exactly bitcoin is still on the top. |

Diversification is the basis of any investment portfolio. It is short-sighted to refuse from bitcoin or ethereum. I keep 30% in bitcoin and 20% in the ethereum and rebalanced the portfolio, as the ethereum fell not so much as BTC.

We've seen Ripple taking over Ethereum at the end of 2017, I wouln't be surprised if this year Ethereum would actually make a move on Bitcoin and surpass it's value. That's likey impossible though, as Bitcoin will soon get the Lightning update and will be again, better than it ever was. |

I feel like ethereum is going to do better this year. I mean it will be multiplied in price. Bitcoin will wait around 20 to 35k dollars but ethereum can easily reach 7-8k dollar in no time. Vitalik is working hard.
