You can buy a standing desk, it's much healthier than sitting on a chair: https://thewirecutter.com/reviews/best-standing-desk/

Keep in mind that the vast majority of jobs implies sitting behind a desk staring at a computer screen, crypto isn't any different.
Setting up a daily routine could help with this. Basically you just need to write down a program mixing work and exercise, or any other activity such as reading or going for a walk.

It definitely affects my stress level, constantly worrying about missing out, what I'm not noticing, etc. Though I wish I could sit in front of the computer for 18 hours dedicated to this.

You need to take a break every 2 hours and that for a period of 30 min at least to reduce eye strain and those issues you mention.

There is increasing evidence that extended periods of sitting increases the risk of illnesses, not only cardiovascular disease, as Farhad mentioned, but also obesity, type 2 diabetes, depression and cancer (colon cancer risk doubles with a sedentary job). I talk more about how to prevent this in a blog post I wrote awhile back.

Push-ups, preferably on your fists.

Strenghtn your back, arms and abs. On your fists is healthier for your wrists, hurts at first but you wont feel it anymore later on and you develope a nice punsh. Its the russian way

In which case, you don't really have anything to complain about do you? Gym, exercising and even just taking a walk to get away from your machine will help you.

Well one day you sit on the computer and your eyes will fade, and your health diminishes a lot. I feel like you, health is going down.
