An application will not be utilized until it is downloaded and installed by delegates, therefore delegates will be able to charge a certain maintenance fee, or collect a transaction fee as a witness of this application.
Decentralised votingCurrently witnesses of block production are generated by a voting system built in the main chain. BitWhite system will adjust the decentralisation level of the whole network according to the number of witness hence calculation power attack and mining pool centralisation issue could be prevented.

How will this work?
- Every month exchange accumulates profitability in the form of commission for trading on the exchange, it is equivalent to "100%".
- Each BTW holder has access to the "BTW Hodl" section in which you can deposit your BTW to a purse specially generated by the system (you can at any time bring them back to your wallet).
- You deposit your BTW on the system wallet, the system automatically calculates your received% of the income from the commission income of the exchange, the percentage is calculated from the total number of coins that are in circulation.
- According to our calculations, at this moment about 40 million BTW coins are in circulation (these are all coins that were moved at least once in the blockchain), about 5 million have been lost with forgotten wallets.
