I need Koto's whitepaper. KOTO is too little information. And We need to develop the community in Twitter, telegram, facebook. I can translate whitepaper from English to Vietnamese. Thanks

No. You'r not, unless you want to run your own master node or use java version of wallet. For Electrum version you don't need to download whole blockchain.

I opened an account at JamBtc, to trade another coin I have... I have never had or mined or even have a wallet for KOTO

But a large quantiy of KOTO have appeared in my account there on JamBTC

Anyone know how this could have happened ?

Probably it is a bug of the exchange service it self or the coins was sent to this address by mistake of a sender. You should report this to support of the jamBTC team so they can check if it was a bug in their system.

Yes, pretty good. But the diff is high, do not count on many coins.
