The price is nose diving now and to be honest as of now all great coins are a good buy if you are planning to hold it for long term. Just buy the proven coins, Bitcoin, Ethereum etc because you know this coins will recover its price sooner or later.

Keep them if you have not sold your coin yet. I believe next time the market will recover quickly. If you have already sold them, now should buy ETH or NEO. These two coin are safe for you and will grow very well in the future. Good luck
