For me it's a mix of everything: bitcointalk, youtube, facebook, and telegram. I just see what people are talking about and research. Every so often I hear about gems like ITC too and those are usually on the huge groups on telegram.

My way to find a promising ICO is by looking at icofinder.com, icoalert.com, icostats.com, icobench.com, icorating.com, reddit.com/r/icocrypto/, and bitcointalk.org. Try all of these and see for yourself. Having too many sources is an advantage for us to have a comparison. Anyway, these resources are reliable so there will no problem.

There is only one or even two person that makes an interested review about icos, There is so many bot account on facebook or twitter. I don't agree with you at all. The effective source to find a lot of information regarding ico is through bitcointalk, reddit or social media group just like telegram. And you will see so many people are discussing that.

I have a few ICO advisors i follow on twitter and youtube that I follow that look into the strength of the project and look into the background of the team members usually through LinkedIn to make sure these people are real and of course my own research also helps me pick a promising ICO

To inform myself about recent ICO's Im using several ressources. The most important of those is coinspectator (a site where a lot of crypto information from all kinds of sources are being bundled and easy to filter from the viewer to sort out what is of interest and what not), another source are some youtubers that are evaluating ICO's, this also has helped me a lot because some of them really do solid, in-depth reviews. I also read one blog from my country that is sometimes suggesting to have a look at certain ICO's, buts its not mainly about ICO's its only pushing the really interesting ones.

I like to start with youtube, facebook, and bitcointalk. From there I'll join the telegram group of the project I'm looking into. Heard about Polymath from a facebook post and joined their telegram group when it was 600 members. Now they're sitting at 50,000 members. You will find gems on all of these platforms, it just takes patience.

What pages, channels, blogs etc?
search, knowledge and experience. the three things that became the most important part. I think you should be more diligent again to seek knowledge about ico.

To find and select suitable ICO projects, I use services such as ICODROPS and ICOBENCH that provide detailed information about these projects, and publish a rating of trust to them. The higher the rating the less likely that the project will scam.

Now there are a lot of interesting channels on the telegraph with analysis and analytics. I myself first of all look at the team, the product is either from scratch. On the bonuses that are offered on the price list, there will be no big discounts on a profitable product

For me i will choose thru the best known campaign managers with no negative trust. Campaign managers will do the most research about the ICO before he accept the task of handling the campaign because their reputation is at stake that if they handle a bad ICO it will reduce their good ratings but if the ICO is successful many participants will going to join because they trust the campaign manager. Ya, this also contributes but you should know that sometimes the campaign managers may not know that an ICO is a scam, so it shouldn't be their fault if an ICO is scam or not neither unsuccessful. Some scam ICO may even use a good or popular Campaign manager to get what they want. So it is better to make a personal research and read their white paper properly. Agree with you, campaign can be one thing to consider when choosing ICO but it should not be the main thing to consider. There are many other things to decide which ICO is promising and have a good future. Roadmaps, whitepaper, teams, which can be found on the official website. This should be the first thing to read before going to other aspects. Some times I do read on some website about ICO such as icorating and icobench for additional info. Reading some review/comments on their official thread in this forum is also good thing to do. Bear in mind that good campaign manager does not mean good project.

Unfortunately, recently an experienced manager is no longer the guarantor of a successful company. I study the white paper of the project and pay special attention to the product. If the team already has a finished product, then it is likely that ICO will be successful.
