Effect AI Interview: What Makes Them Standout?

The continuous rise of blockchain technology has given plenty of opportunities for start ups to easily source some funds. Through Initial Coin Offering (ICO), projects can crowdsource to raise capitals without the usual regulations.

In my previous articles, I have already mentioned a couple of AI based ICOs that have had successful ICO crowdsales. Arguably, artificial intelligence and blockchain is one of the most popular tandems in the space. The potential of possibly integrating the two are not far from reality.
With that being said, the space has quickly become saturated with all the new upcoming AI ICOs. Upon further research, I have come across another very promising AI project called Effect AI.

• Workers will get paid in the AIX coin, correct? How will you manage your token such that the price (and thus the workers' income) is not that volatile?
• There's quite limited information about the technology behind your platform. Can you be more specific on how you integrate your platform on NEO's blockchain?
• Why did you choose NEO over, for example, the Ethereum blockchain?
• Where is your roadmap? Just mentioning the phases is not sufficient. What are the expected dates/months to start/finish? How much money is involved per milestone/phase and for what?
• Around 22% of your tokens go to the advisors and your team. Sorry, but I think that is ridiculously high. What's the reason for this amount?
• You guys give so less information about the distribution of the proceeds, that it is unclear for my why you need around 15 million. Can you clarify?

I'm a developer and have asked admins about AI market. My question was simple - how will their endpoints work in the future (4.B of whitepaper). After some "blah-blah we will make video in the future" from @zimzalazealim , he asked me to wait answer from devs.
