Now I switched to lyra2z and it gives me only 0.56 coins in 2 hours! what the hell?

Criptoreal is focusing on Brazil and the Latin American market, this, however does not mean that you can "only" use it there.
As you may be aware, one of the wonders of Crypto is that they are borderless.

You can't compare two different algos and also, as said previously, the reward on the new chain is  reduced until block 5000.

On post #248, Criptoreal says 120 @ 5000.

Total reward is 120 after block 5000 you are correct, but also remember that Masternodes get 50% .

When can we expect this coin on an exchange?

V1.1.0 doesn't connect to peers that use older protocol versions.
You will get more peers as people start to update their wallets.
You can always add the IP of the explorer at criptoreal.info as a node to make sure you get the most peers.

What GPU are you using? I have mine set to 17 - 18 (I have a 1080 Ti), not much hashrate lost from 21. Also try adding --submit-stale, it could help (well at least in my experience). Also I think your ping to pool server matters too. They say <300ms is recommended.
