Sell if it's a complete shitcoin, if it has a promising future (ZRX, STRAT, UBQ, KNC, DRGN etc) then just HODL!

Depends on the coin of course, but I wouldn't exactly go and start buying now. If you do have them, just hold and wait for the long term.

This is why research is key. It allows you to sleep at night even if your portfolio is down because you know eventually it will rebound. I bet all of those involved in Pump and Dump coins are panicking.

Well I don't think this is just a correction. Decreases of 20 to 30% in the market could be seen as a correction, because we all know how volatile crypto is, but we are seeing dips close to 50%, so that is a little more than a correction. Bitcoin is taking a hit now that the futures have arrived, and although is not free falling is struggling a bit. When bitcoin struggles we see a lot of volatility in alts, because people make some profit there, and go to bitcoin again, and then make some more profit on the alts, and just keeps repeating that.

If you are a trader, then this is paradise, if you are not, then just buy whenever you can and wait for the next boom that will eventually happen because crypto is here to stay. Also since bitcoin dominance is declining, buying alts is a good option, because a lot of money is going there. Of course that people use alts mostly for pump and dump, so I would only hold alts that are solid, and would sell the others as soon as they get a pump. Put that money into bitcoin, and repeat.

It a perfect time to buy some good coins like BNB, ICON or any other promissing altcoins. Market fall is always followed by the rise, so don't miss your chance to buy now. If you already have some altcoins just hold them.

the entire market is being very fluctuative recently, the price of coins drops drastically in few days, so in this situation, we have many choices such as using the drop of these altcoins to buy some more coins with cheap price, but with some of you may panic when witness the drop of altcoins, then you should have hold until the fluctuation gone.

If you have some altcoins unaffected then just sell at high price. And buy some cheap coins. Or deposit fiat and buy some cheap coins. Bottomline buy some cheap coins  Grin

Its a great time to buy right now because of the dip. Just invest in projects you believe in and have a good team and tech behind it. I am a big believer in VEN and have put alot of my current holding into it over the last few weeks.
That is sadly true to buy whenever there is a dip and not to sell off in panic. But this can only be true for veteran traders or holders. Noobs easily show their weak hands at a time like this. At the moment, the correction in btc (which is why altcoins are bleeding)  is highly needed for it had over stretched itself a long time ago.

So, OP you should hold your coins and even buy more at each dip.

The whole crypto-money market is starting to fall, and I think it might be in the short term. It may be a good choice to sell all of them now.

Really? You don't think that the crypto market will not bounce back from this?

Bitcoin has always bounce back from every bear market there is and fought over every FUD. It will bounce back from this. Just hold and sell when you make profit not when it is at loss.

This has happened time and time again. Good coins always bounce back. Now if you hold a bunch of shit coins you should be panicking.

I can't say now which coin is back. You have to wait for another a month because now we can't defined which is better. So try after one month the price's will be stable than it's easy to defined.

I completely agree with you. With such a large market correction, it's very difficult to control yourself. I really want to redistribute money. Make some changes, so the minus in dollars was not so terrible. But the best solution is to do nothing.

Very true. Its so tempting to try to sell and re-buy lower but what if it goes up? Or what if you sell and buy something else and then what you sold goes up...Both situations has happened to me in the past and I find it best to just wait it out or deposit more fiat if you want to play some more.

10-20 % correction is normal . If your portfolio decreased by 50% in a few days , you probably invested in a wrong projects . But even in this scenario , I expect most of alts will regrowth soon

Buy some good coins like ADA, ICX, EOS and forget about them for  6 to 12 months to take some profits.
Markets in general go thru these ups and downs but crypto trend is up.

In theory holding for 6-12 months sounds great. But with all the excitement when a coin goes 10 and 20x its a hard thing to do in practice. Smiley

No problem first thing you should learn is patience in trading.Just promise to yourself that I will never ever sale a altcoin in loss believe me that is the thing I have learnt so for in trading. I have faced massive loss in past due to panic selling then I mafe a promise with myself whatever the situation is I will never close a trade in loss and this technique is working fabulously even those coin which were more than 100 percent down my buying price I hold them and within 2 months I got more than 100 percent profit.Trading means the converting your impatience money into patience money.

Currently the cryptocurrency market is going through a big correction (especially to those who have recently joined). We are seeing coins lose 30-50% of its value in a few days and everyone is panicking. These are the times that will define who will succeed in this market and who will fail. You have to keep your emotions in check and be confident that once you have done proper research in the coins you have invested in they will go up when the market rebounds. Corrections are inevitable and is needed for the overall market to grow. So if you are feeling overwhelmed by the drastic decline in your portfolios just take a few days off and enjoy some sunshine. If you want to be aggressive throw some more fiat into the game and take advantage of the low prices.

That's really good advice. I believe that the market should come with good nerves and self-control, otherwise, you may lose money in those days. When the market turns red.
