You can find tha airdrop details in their main thread, they are offering some coins for joining their telegram and other platforms. I think, the project should start some more bounty campaigns to attract several good investors.

As you said there are lot of reasons to join in the project there might be lot of people who do not like the project but i strongly recommend to have a look on their white papers and the road map which are really great with their launch as i reviewed its my choice to choose CGM for investing as it deals with Global payment revolution.

airdrops are mainly free friend. Generally u just need btt account, twitter account, facebook account and eth or btc adress but sometimes also desktop wallet. Do not pay any money for airdrops, then its not an airdrop, its pre-sale

I got you question, you are asking if US citizen can create ico project, I think yes because I see some project from US, but they don't allow US citizen to participate even the project is from US. For clickgem they didn't mentioned anything about if US citizen can participate which mean they don't mind.
