The  market is still not in a good condition and because  of that selling is not advisable so I think the best strategy to perform right now is holding, just play safe selling is not recommended  because most of the coin prices are low.

You're right people are to wait but the waiting require some timespan because there will still be another massive dump in price before the end of this year in case of those that don't know and I will advice wait early or mid November before selling while keep the fund till December holiday before buying again.
